Terms of Use
Terms covering website use, orders, payment, shipping, returns, exchanges, refunds and mandatory consumer rights.
Scope
These Terms of Use apply to use of this website and to orders placed through the website. They should be read together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.
Website Use
You may use the website for lawful personal shopping and information purposes. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or use the website in a way that violates applicable law.
Product Information
We aim to present product descriptions, images and information clearly. Product-specific information displayed on an individual product page forms part of the information available before purchase.
Prices and Taxes
Displayed product prices include applicable tax according to the website’s pricing configuration. Customs duties, import charges or customs handling charges for international orders are separate and are the customer’s responsibility where applicable, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Orders
Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected goods using the information and payment details entered at checkout. You should review order details and delivery information before submission.
Order Acceptance
An order may be subject to payment authorization, stock availability and ordinary order review. Contract formation and order acceptance are subject to applicable law and the confirmations presented during the checkout and order process.
Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
Cancellation
You may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting support@dravuri.com. After dispatch, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
Address Changes
You may request a delivery-address change before dispatch by contacting support@dravuri.com. After dispatch, an address change cannot be guaranteed and may depend on the carrier’s procedures.
Payments
Card payments are processed through Stripe. Primary card brands shown are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover and Diners Club. Additional options may be available when displayed on the Payment or Checkout page.
Shipping Fees
Standard shipping is 6$ for orders below the free-shipping threshold.
Free Shipping
Orders reaching 50 qualify for free standard shipping.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 3 business days.
Estimated Delivery
Estimated transit time is 7–15 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Delivery timing may vary because of destination, carrier operations, customs processing, peak periods, weather, public holidays and other circumstances outside reasonable control.
Tracking
All orders include shipment tracking. Tracking information is provided after dispatch when tracking data becomes available.
Customs and Import Duties
International customs duty, import charges or customs handling charges are the customer’s responsibility where applicable. If mandatory applicable law assigns a specific responsibility to the merchant, that mandatory rule prevails.
Lost Parcels
If a parcel appears to be lost, contact support@dravuri.com. We review tracking and investigate with the relevant carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, the resolution will be a reshipment or refund.
EU Right of Withdrawal
For orders covered by EU distance-selling consumer rules, consumers generally have 14 days from receipt to exercise the statutory right of withdrawal without giving a reason. The consumer should return the goods in accordance with applicable law after giving notice of withdrawal.
Returns
For products covered by the standard return policy, a return request must be registered with support@dravuri.com within 14 calendar days after receipt. The registered address is not automatically the return address; customer support provides the applicable return instructions and address.
Return Shipping
For an eligible change-of-mind, size-preference or other non-defective return, the customer pays the return shipping cost. For damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete goods, the merchant pays the applicable return shipping cost. For an EU statutory withdrawal, the customer bears the return shipping cost where that responsibility was clearly disclosed before purchase.
Exchanges
Direct exchanges are supported. For a normal non-defective exchange, the customer pays the return shipping cost and the replacement-item shipping cost. For an exchange caused by damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete goods, the merchant pays the applicable return and replacement shipping costs. No restocking fee is charged.
Defective / Incorrect / Incomplete Goods
If goods are damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete, contact support@dravuri.com. Commercial return conditions do not limit mandatory rights relating to non-conforming goods.
Refunds
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. Our internal target is to process approved refunds within 7 business days after returned goods are received and the necessary review is completed, subject to mandatory statutory refund deadlines. For EU statutory withdrawal, standard original delivery costs are refunded where required by law; supplementary delivery costs above the least expensive standard option may be excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Personalised Goods Exception Where Applicable
If such products are offered, made-to-order, custom-made or clearly personalised goods may fall within a statutory withdrawal exception where applicable law permits. This does not remove rights relating to defective, damaged or incorrect goods, merchant production errors or other mandatory statutory rights.
Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits Mandatory Statutory Consumer Rights. Where mandatory consumer law gives you rights that cannot be excluded or restricted, those rights prevail over any inconsistent commercial term.
Intellectual Property
Website text, graphics, layout and other protected content may be subject to intellectual-property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or exploit protected website content except as permitted by law or with the relevant rights holder’s permission.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law. Any permitted limitation is subject to Mandatory Statutory Consumer Rights.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Privacy or data-protection questions should be sent to privacy@dravuri.com.
Changes
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The Last Updated date identifies the current version published on the website. Changes do not remove rights that have already arisen under mandatory law.
