Returns & Consumer Rights
Returns & Refunds
Return eligibility, shipping responsibilities, exchanges, refund timing and statutory withdrawal rights.
Three different return situations
Change of mind / non-defective
Eligible items may be returned when you change your mind, no longer want the item, prefer another size or have another non-defective personal preference.
Return shipping: paid by the customer.
Damaged / defective / incorrect / incomplete
Contact customer support when goods arrive damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete.
Applicable return shipping: paid by the merchant.
Statutory 14-day right
For orders covered by EU distance-selling rules, consumers generally have 14 days from receipt to exercise the statutory right of withdrawal without giving a reason.
Return shipping: paid by the customer where the customer was informed of that responsibility before purchase.
Condition of normal change-of-mind returns
For a standard non-defective return, items may be required to be unused, unworn, unwashed, in original condition and with original tags where applicable.
These conditions do not remove mandatory statutory consumer rights. Under the EU statutory withdrawal right, consumers may inspect goods to an extent comparable to checking them in a physical store. A reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary may be addressed as permitted by applicable law.
How to start a return
Email support@dravuri.com within the applicable return period and describe the item and reason for return.
Customer support will provide the applicable return steps and return address.
Follow the return instructions and keep reasonable shipment evidence where appropriate.
After the returned goods are received, the return is reviewed subject to applicable statutory rights.
An approved refund is generally returned to the original payment method, or an approved exchange is arranged.

Standard delivery cost under statutory withdrawal
When an EU consumer validly exercises the statutory right of withdrawal, the standard original delivery cost must be refunded to the extent required by applicable consumer law. If the order included the website’s standard delivery charge of 6$ and that amount qualifies as the standard delivery cost that must be refunded, it will be included in the statutory refund.
If the consumer selected a more expensive delivery option than the least expensive standard delivery method offered, the supplementary amount above the standard delivery cost does not have to be refunded to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Merchant processing target and statutory deadlines
For approved refunds under the standard return process, our internal target is to process the refund within 7 business days after the returned goods are received and the necessary review is completed. The customer’s bank, card issuer or payment provider may take additional time to display the funds.
This internal target does not extend, reduce or replace any mandatory statutory refund deadline. For EU statutory withdrawal, refund timing follows the applicable mandatory legal deadline. Where the law allows, a refund may be withheld until the returned goods have been received or the consumer supplies evidence that the goods have been sent back, according to the applicable legal rule.
Made-to-order or clearly personalised goods
If such products are offered, made-to-order, custom-made or clearly personalised goods may fall within a statutory withdrawal exception where applicable law permits. This does not remove rights relating to defective, damaged or incorrect goods, merchant production errors, or other mandatory statutory consumer rights.
Mandatory consumer rights remain in place
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory statutory consumer rights. If a mandatory consumer-protection rule provides greater rights than this commercial return policy, the mandatory rule prevails.
